Shabby Chic Recipe Mini Album - Queen of the Kitchen

Hey Everyone,

Today I have a really fun project that I create for Thepiecebypiece Etsy Store...... yes its a Shabby Chic Recipe Mini Album :)

You can watch my video on this Mini Album HERE

One of my favorite things is to cook and bake.... more baking than cooking I think hehe..... so I put together this baking recipe mini album using a few chipboard kits from TPBP and some of her gorgeous laces and trims.

I used The Sweetest Thing Collection by My Minds Eye and diecuts from Melissa Frances.  Love these collections they are so shabby chic and soft!!!!!

I also made a few of my handmade fabric roses and used a few acrylic embellishments from TPBP Etsy Store.

Below are more photos of the album!!!!!
I hope you enjoy it!!!!!

Shabby Chic Home Decor - Mail Hanger for The Scrap Cake

Hello Everyone,

I am very excited to share with you this Shabby Chic Home Decor project that I made using the lovely papers from The Scrap Cake.  Flo and I decided to create a Shabby Chic Home Decor and it was a very fun challenge.

Since we went for the theme of Shabby Chic house decoration I am bringing to you this altered wood mail holder.  I always like to keep one at my house to hold my mail but this one I created also for my craft room.  It helps me to keep things organized.  I needed something to hold tags, postcards, coupons and more.  I tried to make it as Shabby Chic as possible using the beautiful paper collections.  I created a few paper flowers as well as a few postcards and bingo cards that fits perfectly inside the mail holder.  I had a lot of fun working with these collections and putting this together!

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did altering it.
See you all next time....

Shabby Chic Cards - The Scrap Cake Design Team

Happy Sunday Everyone,

I am soooo thrilled to share with you my first two cards that I created as part of The Scrap Cake Design Team.  You can watch the video on these cards HERE

One of my favorite things to make are cards and today I want to share with you these two shabby chic cards.  The first card you see is an easel card using The Bright Side of Lifepaper collection.   I wanted to add a little twist to the easel card so I created a paper pocket and I made a few paper tags for the inside.  I also made a few paper flowers for the cards using the collections!

For the second card I used One Moment in Time Collection.  I also created a pocket that I stitched along the sides to hold a few more tags too.  I love all of soft colors in these two collections so I had a lot of fun creating them.

Their papers are totally amazing I really love the Shabby Chic and Vintage feels of these collections.  I had so much fun working with their papers and here are two card that I created.

Thank you for stopping by and see you all next time.....

Vintage Shabby Chic Hanger Sign/Layout

Happy Weekend Everyone,

I have a very fun project to share with you I think is one of my favorites yet ;) Its a Vintage Shabby Chic Hanger Sign/Layout.

I used some of the Melissa Frances Trim and Prima Flowers from Discount Paper Crafts Etsy Store.  She has great items in her store for Scrapbooking so check it out if you haven't yet :) You can watch my video HERE.

I also used one of the new Melissa Frances Hangers I love, love, loooooovvveee them LOL I've always liked hangers and these are my favorite yet.  I knew right away that I wanted to create something vintage and shabby chic.
Love the roses in this hanger ;)
I had also found this old vintage photo at a vintage store.  I made a few copies of it because I don't want to use the original Postcard since is real vintage.  The colors of the photo of course also inspired me to use these colors.

I use regular corrugated board, wallpaper, fabrics, trims, and laces.....most of them vintage.  I also added this handmade flower and a few prima flowers.

My favorite part I think are these hanging clips that I attached at the bottom of the sign/layout.  It hold a few more vintage images and a little handmade envelope.  I also added these chain for decoration and because I love them too :)

I had so much fun creating this project and I can't wait to share with you the other ones!!!

Thank you for stopping by!
