Tea Thyme Mixed Media Journal - "A Small Key Can Open Big Doors"

Hey Everyone!

   I want to share with you this Mixed Media Journal that I made using the Prima Tea Thyme Collection and mixed media journal.

  I am very excited to be part of the Hopscotch Crafts store design team and for my first project I created this journal.  They carry a variety of Scrapbooking products and supplies.  I had a lot of fun working with Prima flowers, resins and embellishments. 

This is one of my favorite collections so I wanted to use some shabby green colors and creams ;)

A Ladies' Diary Cigar Box & Frame

Hey Everyone,

    So to start the week I have a Cigar Box and Altered Frame that I made for my friend Bonnie using A Ladies' Diary Collection by Graphic45.

 Altered Shabby Chic Vintage Frame 

I am in love with this collection its so shabby chic and very vintage :) I had a lot of fun altering the cigar box.  I did a lot of layers and used beautiful trims and laces from Created by Martha Zibbet Store.

I am a guest designer for her beautiful store and she carries gorgeous trims, laces, buttons and much more.

I created a little book out of the paper to look like an open diary :)

Welcome to Paris Layout

Hi Everyone!!!!

    I have another layout to share with you today and this one I created for Prima Summer CHA using their new collection "Welcome to Paris." A very lovely parisian collection.

I challenged myself to work with this collection it has a lot of bright colors but non the less is a gorgeous collection and very parisian.  I used reds, teals, blacks and white colors and I really like the color combinations :)

I am also in love with these new Prima doors they are sooo stinking cute and they are perfect for layouts!!!!

I tried to make this layout classic, elegant but with a Shabby Chic touch to it of course ;)

Shabby Chic Mixed Media Prima Layout

Hi Everyone,

   I've been making sooo many layouts daily totally love them!!!! This one I made for Prima using Mixed Media and a lot of beautiful embellishments and flowers from Prima.

The paper collection I used is the Rondelle Collection along with a lot of mediums like Gesso, texture paste, paint and paper to create the layers and a mixed media feel to it ;)

I am loving all of the new prima flowers.... these color combination is one of my favorites!!!!

Sweet Childhood Shabby Chic Layout

Hey Everyone,

   I am here to share with you this shabby chic layout that I made using the super gorgeous collection "Sweet Childhood" by The Scrap Cake.

I am in love with these papers they are so soft and shabby chic.  For my layout I used a photo of my little fur ball and I :) I fuzzy cut the little girl in the paper collection.  I used to have a teddy bear just like this one when I was little but now I have a real one :)

I used some gorgeous Prima flowers and a few shabby chic ones from my collection :) 

 I love the little girl and the sentiment from The Scrap Cake :)

The Secret Garden Mini Album - Prima Nature Garden

Happy Monday Everyone,

   I am here to share with you a mini album that I created using the Prima Nature Garden Collection.  When I first saw this collection it reminded me of one of my all time favorite movies "The Secret Garden."  So I made my own secret garden mini album.

The chipboard mini album was designed by my friend Yuliet "Yuliscraft" she designs chipboard mini albums and had gifted me the gate mini album.  I thought it would be perfect for the Nature Garden Collection.

I used a lot of prima flowers, embellishments and some pictures of my family!!!  I had so much fun working with this album and I hope you all like it too!!!!!
