Prima Shabby Chic Tag

Happy Mothers Day Everyone,

  I want to share with you this Shabby Chic Tag that I made for my aunt for Mother's Day.  I used the Prima Fairy Belle Paper Collection and Prima flowers.  These are my aunt's favorite colors!
