Doily flower Tutorial - Technique Hop

Happy Weekend!!!

     I am participating in a Youtube Technique Hop and I wanted to create some paper flowers.  Since I love doilies so much and paper doilies I wanted to create my own paper doily flowers so here is a tutorial for you!!  I also made this Shabby Chic Journal using a gorgeous wallpaper that I found at a vintage store! Love the texture of it :)

Trims, Laces, Trims and more Laces......

Hey Ladies,

    I went to my first Estate Sale today and I found soooo many gorgeous wedding trims and laces.  Many of these are really vintage.  I paid only $15 dollars for everything! I found some other little treasures but wanted to share these with you first :) Love going to the thrift stores and vintage shops.... one of my favorite hobbies ever :) I can't wait to use them in my shabby chic projects ;)

Shabby Chic Easter Egg Boxes

Happy Wednesday!!

    So I am getting ready to make some Easter gifts and thought I could recycle regular egg boxes and create some Shabby Chic Easter Boxes for family and friends.  I enjoyed making this project and using the beautiful Iamroses flowers.  I used many Gardenias, Roses and Crochet flowers.  I filled them up with a few goodies and few eggs.  Love to display these open!!  Hope you enjoy them and like always please be sure to check out Iamroses.  Below are the links for the products I used.

Baby Girl Box I made for a friend :)

Hey Everyone,

   Happy Monday!!!!  I am back with a Baby Girl Box that I made for a friend of mine!!! She just had a beautiful little girl and I wanted to make her something for her room.  I made this keepsake box for her along with a few hair clips and hairbands :)  Below are some pictures!  I used fabric, trims, laces and this wood C letter :)

My Shabbilicious Journey Journal

Happy Friday Everyone!!

    Today I want to share with you this altered composition notebook that I did for Keep on Scrappin Journal Challenge where we can create and journal anything we want using our scraps.  You know we all have tons of scraps left so its a great way to use what we have.  Awsome idea from Bona :)

I called my journal " My Shabbilicious Journey....Explore, Create & Inspire".  This is where I will journal and add pictures of the little things and treasures that inspires me to create.  I have a lot of little stores and places that I go to find inspiration.  I can't wait to star adding pictures to this journal and I hope you follow me too! :)

I used a lot of pieces of paper from my scraps, corrugate board, pieces of laces and doilies.  I used some Prima Shabby Chic Resin pieces and I handmade the big white flower rose.  I added some of my favorite embellishments that I use the most.
