Victorian Cream 4x6 Photo Album Using TH Dress Form

I've been wanting to alter the Tim Holtz Dress form for a very long time and this is my first one :) I love how it turned out!  I used fabric and made a skirt for the dress form and used some gorgeous laces and trims given to me by a few friends :) The flowers are also handmade using fabric too!
